Adam Upchurch

I worked in the mortgage lending industry for nearly 10 years and was last employed with Bank of America in both Wilmington and Charlotte. I have been on the real estate side the entire time, so I have been working with clients and other realtors that entire time. I also ran a multi-million dollar corporation and from the ground up, that handled all of the facility maintenance for BB&T Wells Fargo/Wachovia, and Bank of America. I was the Operations Manager for 2 years, helped negotiate the contracts, oversaw capital projects, and maintained the relationships. I have created numerous marketing campaigns, including a feature sponsorship in Tiger Woods Foundation magazine. I helped develop and manage a 52 unit townhome development in Boone, NC with Rob Good. On a lighter note…I am obviously married to the most wonderful woman in the world, also a Blue Coast realtor, Carrie Upchurch. We have 2 wonderful children (Audrey 4 ½ & Mark 2) and the best dog on the planet (Ice). I enjoy cross country running, Duke basketball, time with my family, golf, and fishing off Rob and my 19’ Mako. I relocated from Charlotte earlier this year, to take on a new endeavor and continue to expand my expertise and knowledge in the real estate field. I hope to continually make all of us lots of money, while enjoying the ride with this extended family.
