Ben Szafran

Ben Szafran brings a diverse background in residential sales and real estate development, having served both Buyers and Sellers in Jupiter Florida, Exuma Bahamas, and Wilmington NC. He believes that his positive attitude and respect for quality service has attributed to his success in his industry. I take this very seriously and value the lasting friendships I have formed with many of my real estate clients". Ben is also a licensed commercial pilot and has incorporated many skills acquired from his highly technical training and experience. He has excelled as a top producer many times over due to his above average standard of excellence, attention to detail and ability to navigate challenging situations. Ben also holds a formal degree in Environmental Studies with a concentration in land use planning from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He and his wife live close to Wrightsville Beach with their 4 year old son. "My wife is a third generation local of Wrightsville Beach and while I have lived and worked in many beautiful areas of this country, I consider Wilmington home. It is truly a unique community that I am proud to be a part of." Ben is involved in the community as a Starting Point Leader at Port City Church and contributing member of the Wilmington MLS committee. He is an avid water sports enthusiast; with an affinity for fishing, surfing and boating.
