Dennis Musser

Dennis R Musser is a native of Eastern North Carolina but has lived and worked in South Carolina, Florida, Virginia and Maryland. A 1971 graduate of North Carolina State University, Bachelor of Science degree with a textile major, he worked in research/development/marketing. In 1979 he obtained his real estate license in North and South Carolina. Dennis began his career in commercial and investment real estate marketing and sales in 1985 based in Wilmington, North Carolina. He was manager for the oldest full service commercial firm in the region. For the past seven years Dennis has consulted large real estate firms in the marketing and sales of commercial investment properties. He served on the Board of Directors for the Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors in the Greater Wilmington, NC Region; and, serves as Past-President on the Board of Directors of the Southeastern North Carolina Realtors Commercial Alliance. He has managed to rank in the region’s top ten percent in commercial/investment sales volume while devoting most of his time to management and consulting.
