Motsy Wynn

Living all over the United States as a child, I became well versed in the exciting challenges of relocating to a new area or a new home (my father was a pilot in the Navy), skills that I find so valuable as I help my clients make their transitions. I attended Florida State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Constructive Design. More than 20 years experience in retail sales and customer service provided a great background before coming to real estate. My goal is to provide each of my clients with the information,skills and service they need to reach their goal efficiently and with the least amount of stress. I love all that Wilmington has to offer from the historical architecture downtown, the multitude of cultural activities, the Cape Fear riverfront, to the fabulous beaches and the great weather. I love to cook and enjoy gardening, volunteering with the Sea Turtle Project at Wrightsville Beach, and traveling.
