I have lived in different areas of North Carolina my whole life but after my wife and I moved to Wilmington, we found a place to call home! We currently have an 18 month old son and my wife and I are excited about growing our family. I graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Business Marketing. When I am not out showing property with my clients I enjoy fishing, golfing, and boating, which I am able to enjoy 365 days a year here in the Wilmington area. My client's satisfaction is the most important thing to me. My sales experience and marketing background help me sell and negotiate great deals for my clients. I also stay on top of all of the latest technology and provide these services at no extra fee to my clients. I have experience with buying and selling foreclosures and short sales and have a contact at a major bank to assist me in facilitating these types of transactions. I enjoy working with all types of buyers and sellers but really find it fulfilling working with first time home buyers and retirees / second home buyers.
