I was born and raised in Nebraska until I left for college where I attended Iowa State University and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. After spending seven years as an engineer in Connecticut, I decided to move to warmer weather and make a career change. In 2002 I chose Wilmington, NC to call home and chose real estate to be my career. Having been a frequent mover myself, I know the importance of the home buying process whether you are a first time home buyer or an experienced investor.
