I am fortunate to call Wilmington, NC home! Having grown up in a Coastal Lifestyle, spending summer after summer on Cape Cod I knew in my heart where I belong...the Coast. About 15 years ago after moving several times and ending up in the Mid-West I decided to head home to the Coast and chose Wilmington, NC...the best decision I ever made. The lifestyle is what brought me here..but that along with the hospitality and the people are what keeps me here. Being involved with the community through coaching my children's baseball, softball, soccer and other community activities, along with the lifestyle that we have come accustomed to...boating, fishing, crabbing and many restful days at the beach, I am proud to call Wilmington, NC home. I have enjoyed Real Estate for 10years now with vast experience in land acquisition and development, sub-division development and sales, the Luxury Home Market...including our Gorgeous Beach and Island Properties, Investment Properties, Transition Home Sales, first time home buyers, and Short Sales and Foreclosures.
