Jason Wenger

Jason Wenger has called Wilmington, NC “home” for 13 years.  After growing up and attending college in Virginia, he ventured north and lived outside of New York City for 7 years.  When a job-transfer brought Jason and his wife to Wilmington, they never looked back.  Wilmington is where they decided to start their family, which has grown to 3 amazing children and a spoiled dog.

Jason’s transition into real estate started about 5 years ago when a great opportunity presented itself.  It was the best professional decision Jason ever made.  He has been able to leverage his experience and relationships, developed in the corporate world, into a thriving real estate career.

The process of purchasing a home has evolved in recent years. Buyers and Sellers have so many resources to work with when preparing to purchase or sell their homes.  Often, the role of a “Real Estate Broker” needs to be shifted from Sales Person responsibilities to that of a Consultant.  Jason welcomes this shift in the industry because his value in real estate remains the same: to create smooth and expedited experiences for his clients. JWenger@WilmingtonNChomes.com
