Jennifer is a retired stay home mom, originally from Kennebunk, Maine. In 2010 she took her interior design background and started a small side business as a real estate stager, working for a few prominent agents in Southern Maine. After moving to NC in 2013, and both of her children starting college at ECU, she decided it was time to do more than just staging. Jennifer earned her real estate license in 2014 and became a certified real estate instructor in 2018. She enjoys helping both buyers and sellers. She finds it very gratifying to assist people in making major life changes - either buying a first home, downsizing or moving here from another part of the country (something of which she has first-hand knowledge). Jennifer has had tremendous success assisting people sell their homes in Wilmington after they have already moved to another part of the country. These sales can be tricky as they often involve extra issues like coordinating an estate sale or long distance closings. She understands that good communication is paramount to a smooth transaction, both with her clients and the other agent involved.
