Monica Rolquin

Monica Rolquin is a 23-year veteran of residential sales and a licensed NC attorney, providing the highest level of professional services to her clients. Monica was born and raised in London, England, received a law degree (LL.B.) from the London School of Economics and Political Science and was admitted to the English bar as a Barrister in 1982.

With her sights on a legal career in the U.S. she earned a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School and became a litigation lawyer, then partner, in a multi-national New York City law firm. In 1995, after a 14-year legal career, Monica retired from the practice of law and moved to Wilmington, NC. She earned her NC law license in 1996 and keeps it active for the benefit of her real estate clients.

Monica is a solo agent with no team members or assistants.
