A graduate from Coastal Carolina University, Shayne Matthews comes to the real estate business with a background in sales and interior design. Shayne owned a design business for eight years before turning her excitement for real estate into a full time career in 2012.

Prior to transferring to Wilmington in 2013, Shayne was a REALTOR® in the seaside town of Pawleys Island, SC where she and her husband raised their two children. Their son served four years in the Marines after high school and is now pursuing his undergraduate degree at Coastal Carolina University. Their daughter is a graduate from the College of Charleston and now resides in Boston. In Shayne’s spare time she enjoys tennis, reading, and volunteering.

With buyer related designations (ABR & SRES) Shayne has the education and passion to serve her clients exceptionally well.
