Raised in Chapel Hill, Allyson Pittman discovered her love for the coastal region and relocated to Wilmington in 1980 to attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she studied Psychology and Education. After three years in restaurant management, Allyson followed her passion for working with people and began her real estate career in 1986.

With over 39 years of experience, Allyson has cultivated a diverse skill set in real estate, including general brokerage, on-site sales, commercial properties, land sales, and multi-family investments. She specializes in helping clients buy and sell properties across New Hanover, Pender, and Brunswick Counties.
