We offer competitive compensation packages with the opportunity to earn 100% commission annually. Our splits are designed to be advantageous for individuals and teams of all sizes. Each agent is required to pay a monthly affiliate fee for the benefit and use of our BlueCoast business centers, tools, and professional resources. We take pride in our prompt processing of commission checks, ensuring same day processing and direct deposit of funds.
