This is probably the hardest thing for me to do, talk about myself. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE to talk. But I divert to talking more about finding home for clients, client needs and success stories from those efforts. Probably because I LOVE what I do! However, I am a wife and mom to 2 beautiful daughters. Being an animal lover, we share our home/small farm with our 3 dogs, 2 horses, and 1 awesome barn cat. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walks with our dogs, and hanging out at the beach during the summers. While I wish I could say I love going to gym, we will just say that continues to be my work in progress.
While my time in college was focused on property and land management and development, my years following college took me on a highly successful advertising and marketing path. Today I am fortunate to be able to take foundation principles of development, combined with my marketing knowledge and apply it to working with clients for the best home buying or selling experience.
Many times I am ask why I am with a small company and not part of one of the big real estate companies in town? The best answer I can give is that I am not about titles or corporate logos. I am about working Smart…..and Hard! I am about educating myself in this ever changing market and asking when I don’t know. I am about good ethics and following the NC Real Estate Commission Guidelines. I am about sincerity and integrity. So the only title I need is Caroline Watkins, Realtor, and a company that stands behind (and not in front) of me and my clients. My work ethic and tools that I have equipped myself rival many agents that I work alongside from larger companies. I have a great respect for all the real estate companies in this market, but I chose to call BlueCoast Realty my home.
