As a Wilmington, NC native who grew up in a "construction family", I was introduced to the complexities of building at an early age.  Watching my father take pride in creating quality homes, and seeing firsthand how schedules, permits, codes, suppliers, design elements, budgets, and more all have to be juggled -- while keeping the client in the loop and everyone on the same page of the playbook -- offered me a unique perspective on the collaboration that clients need during the home building and buying process.
