As a native Wilmingtonian who grew up in a construction family, I was introduced to the complexities of building at an early age. Watching my father take pride in creating quality homes on modest-to-max budgets, and seeing firsthand how schedules, permits, codes, suppliers, design, budgets, and more all have to be juggled — while keeping the client in the loop, of course — offered me a unique perspective on the homebuilding and buying process.

However, like many of us, I’ve traveled along various career paths! Beyond real estate, I’m a published author and podcaster, and have extensive marketing experience across multiple disciplines — which basically means I’m a creative-at-heart and an intuitive listener.
