Jerry Simmons

Being born and raised in Wilmington has provided a front seat view of the evolving growth of our communities. As a graduate of UNCW, with a degree in Geography, my studies and career experience have allowed me to develop into a productive Real Estate agent.  Meeting the goals of my buyers and sellers is the main priority.  From residential homes to large recreational tracts and anything in between. As an avid outdoorsman and coach of my kid's teams, this provides opportunities to see real estate around the region and meet new contacts.
