Real Estate has been an important part of my life for most of my life. I have

experienced and worked through all types of market conditions over the last

three decades.

I understand that Real Estate is a significant part of peoples lives. Avoiding

mistakes and making smart choices can have a big impact both personally and

financially.

I also understand that, in addition to knowing houses and understanding market

conditions, being a Real Estate Broker is really about people. It’s about asking

the right questions, truly listening, communicating clearly, and skillfully

negotiating on your behalf.

Since 1991, I have kept my commitment to create smart real estate strategies

and to teach, clients how to win at ‘the game’ of Real Estate by being a Broker

rooted in a consultative and educational approach to business.

My reputation is rock solid. I keep my word, return calls and always do what I

say I am going to do.

I love Wilmington and nearby Coastal Carolina Communities and I’m proud to
