Hi, I’m Luke Passaro — a New Jersey native who relocated to Wilmington, North Carolina in 2020 to attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW). Since making Wilmington home, I’ve developed a strong passion for real estate, entrepreneurship, and helping clients navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives. Since graduating, I’ve gained extensive hands-on experience working with a leading Southeastern home developer and multiple third-party property management companies.
