Morgan Pritchett

Morgan is a born and raised North Carolinian and has called Wilmington home since she was a very young child. She graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington Cameron School of Business with her BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Human Resources and MIS.

After college she found herself working in several different customer service roles. After the birth of her son in 2019, she began searching for a new passion outside of the customer service industry and decided to pursue real estate.

Since 2020, she has helped clients to navigate real estate transactions on the buying and listing side. Her clients value her attention to detail and how she is always working to provide them a smooth transaction process.

* Morgan is married to her high school sweetheart; they met while they were in AFJROTC at  E A Laney High School. They have a rambunctious, fun loving 4 year old boy who is the light of their lives. Outside of real estate, Morgan is most likely spending time with her husband, son, and her family.
