Rachel’s creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires. Rachel sold real estate in The Outer Banks since 2006. She moved to the Wilmington area in July 2020. Rachel holds a deep respect for the responsibility and accountability owed to her clients by holding many leadership roles.

Being a very active and dedicated community volunteer at The New Hanover Senior Center, Rachel delivers Meal on Wheels, delivers drive up meals and teaches a Spanish conversation class. She is also a foster mom for Southern Comfort Maltese Rescue.

She continues to help community members while enhancing her client dedication and ensuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals. Rachel utilizes a team of professional service providers such as photographers, virtual tour providers, and graphic designers to assist in marketing her client’s properties.


Growing up in Europe, Central America and the United States and being widely traveled, Rachel has a special connection with many cultures. After moving to the United States in 1966 she completed high school and graduated from UNC-CHAPEL HILL and lived in Greensboro, NC raising her three children and being an active member of the Junior League and her church, St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.

he worked in the North Carolina Public School system teaching the Spanish language and literature and serving the Hispanic populations for 28 years. She has published the “Spanish Study Guide” (version One and Two for Kindle) and continues to serve as a translator for corporations and individuals and many non-profit organizations.
