Rocco Villari

Rocco Villari was raised in Wenonah, NJ, and in 1995 graduated from Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA with a B.A. in business administration. Since graduating from college, he has been part owner of several business. He and his wife fell in love with the Wilmington area and established their roots here in the summer of 2000.In his free time, Rocco enjoys spending time on his boat with his family and friends. He and his wife recently had a daughter, whom they hope will share their passion for boating as she grows in this beautiful City by the Sea. Just seeing the changes in the area since he has been residing here piqued his interest in real estate. After buying a few investment properties,gaining experience in renovations and learning so much about this area, he decided to pursue a career in real estate.
