Before transitioning to real estate, Sandra worked as an Art Director for leading advertising and marketing agencies, building a deep expertise in visual communication and branding. She holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Communication and Graphic Design from the renowned University of Freiburg in Germany.

Sandra’s move to Wilmington sparked not only a love for coastal living but also a deep connection to the community. Watching the area grow into a thriving, ever-evolving hub—while still retaining its casual, breezy charm—inspired her to pursue a career in real estate.

In 2021, Sandra earned her Real Estate license and joined Intracoastal Realty as their Senior Graphic Designer and Marketing Coordinator. In 2023, she took a major step toward her dream by committing to real estate full-time.

Her unique background in design and marketing gives her a sharp eye for detail and a strategic approach to buying and selling homes. But more than anything, Sandra is a people person. She believes that truly listening to her clients’ needs and dreams is the key to finding the perfect home—and her dedication and commitment are unmatched.

Beyond real estate, Sandra is passionate about giving back. She volunteers with local charities like NourishNC and actively supports animal rescue shelters, a cause close to her heart. When she's not working or volunteering, you can find her paddle boarding on the Intracoastal Waterway—her favorite way to recharge.
