Sonya is a native of Wilmington. She has been in the real estate business since 2002. Like her hometown, she has seen a lot of changes. Through it all, she has assisted her clients through the transaction process, start to finish and then some.

She is also real estate educator. Sonya has also managed, owned and operated real estate companies, helping others in their real estate endeavors. Through the years, she has earned her GRI - Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and the reputable designation of CRS - Certified Residential Specialist. As she continues to grow in her real estate profession, she also grows in her ministry calling as well. She became a licensed ordained minister in 2020.
