After moving to Wilmington in 1998 achieving a Marine Biology Degree and a Minor in Chemistry from UNCW I purchased my first home and realized I had a passion for Real Estate.

The next year I bought my first investment property! With little knowledge of the real estate market and how the Real Estate world "really works", I decided to get educated.

Once I passed my Real Estate exam, I still had no idea how the Real Estate world really worked! A top ranking national real estate company recruited me right out of class and sent me direct into sales training.

Buying and selling my own properties allowed me to put myself in the shoes of my clients. The process can be very emotionally involved for many people. I always keep that in mind when I am helping my clients navigate the process.

One of the best parts about this business is that you'll never have the same day twice. Every day is a new adventure and every day you meet new people.
