Personal side of Tammy
A life-long NC resident, I grew up in Raleigh, NC. A few years after high school I obtained my NC Real Estate License and began my real estate career. Shortly after that I met the man of my dreams, my husband Clay, and we married.
Over the next 15 years, we built a life for ourselves. We were active in our careers, active in our church, and we had four wonderful children. As if I wasn’t busy enough, I also launched a jewelry business that became quite successful.
In 2001 we took a leap of faith, and moved our family to Wilmington, NC to assume leadership of a small church; Clay became Sr Pastor and I led the women’s ministry. This move gave us an opportunity to pursue our true passion; Serving others! The next year I relaunched my Real Estate career here in Wilmington.
In 2018 we took another leap of faith and stepped away from “the ministry,” Clay obtained his real estate license, and he and I joined forces to form Hope Street Team at BlueCoast Realty. Our partnership combines my years of experience in the Real Estate market with Clay’s business, sales, and marketing background to create a buying and selling experience that is second to none!
