I’m proud to have more than 30 years of experience guiding clients to make confident real estate decisions. Over the years, I’ve worked with both residential and commercial buyers and sellers, and spent much of my career in the public sector supporting community and economic development projects. My Master’s Degree in Public Administration prepared me to be a strategic negotiator and community advocate.

After many years of visiting and spending time in Wilmington, I knew that I wanted to make it my forever home.

Since moving here, I’ve appreciated getting involved with the community and helping clients find their ideal property—from historic downtown districts to tranquil coastal neighborhoods. Over the years I have enjoyed the privilege of assisting seniors and their families through important life transitions. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, I understand the emotional and logistical challenges of downsizing, relocating, or moving into assisted living. Having personally cared for my own parents, I bring empathy, patience, and professionalism to each step of the process.

When I’m not selling real estate, I am paddleboarding around the area or hiking and exploring up in the mountains with my dog, Mica. I’m a proud mom to two daughters—my oldest is completing her Studio Arts degree at UNCW and my youngest is pursuing a business degree in college with plans to work in the travel industry.
