Welcome to Pelican Reef. Home to over 250 families. Developed by Don & Rebecca Rhine in 1995. Private roads named after birds, like Royal Tern, Canvasback, Daffy, Loon, Whimbrel, Duck and Caspian Tern to name a few. Trees have been preserved. No two houses are alike. And any builder can buy a lot and build a minimum heated square foot house of 2000 ft. except the waterfront houses must be 2500 hsf. All plans must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee.
